We offer a 7-day return and replacement window starting from the date your order is delivered.

If 7 days have passed since delivery, we will no longer be able to accept return, replacement, refund, or exchange requests.

🔄 Return & Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received.
  2. The original packaging, product tags, labels, and certificates must be intact and included with the item.
  3. The item must not be damaged, altered, stained, or worn in any way.
  4. The complete product must be returned, including any accessories or items originally included with the order.
  5. The return or replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for customers within Karachi.

For customers outside Karachi, orders are accepted only with advance payment. The order will be processed once the required payment has been received and verified.
